Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pitchsense website and service at pitchsense.fun (the "Service"), operated by Pitchsense ("we", "us"). By using the Service or purchasing an unlock, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
Pitchsense provides statistical football match forecasts, expected-goals and scoreline estimates, tournament simulations, Elo ratings, and aggregated football news. All outputs are produced by machine-learning models from historical data.
The Service is for information and entertainment only. Our forecasts are probabilistic estimates, not statements of fact or predictions of certain outcomes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any output.
2. Not betting advice
Nothing on the Service is betting, gambling, financial, or investment advice, or an inducement to bet. We are not a bookmaker and do not accept or place wagers. The "insights" we show are our model's own probability estimates, nothing more.
- You must be 18 or older (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use any betting-related feature.
- Gambling carries financial risk. Never stake more than you can afford to lose. If gambling is affecting you, seek help from a support service in your country.
- You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including local gambling laws. The Service may not be lawful in every location; you use it at your own risk.
- Any decision you make using the Service, and any resulting loss, is your sole responsibility.
3. Purchases, unlock codes and devices
Full insights and the news section require a one-time payment (the "Unlock"), priced as shown at checkout (currently US$5, inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise). Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details.
- No accounts. We do not require you to register. After
payment we issue an unlock code in the format
PS-XXXX-XXXX. - Keep your code safe. The code is how you restore access. Anyone who has your code may be able to unlock the Service. Treat it like a receipt and do not share it publicly.
- Device limit. A single unlock code may be activated on a limited number of browsers/devices (currently up to three). This limit is enforced on a best-effort basis and may behave imperfectly across service restarts. Each browser counts separately, even on the same physical device.
- Local storage. Your unlocked status is stored in your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data, using private/ incognito mode, or switching browser or device will require you to re-enter your code.
- An Unlock grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the paid features. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
4. Refunds
The Unlock is a digital product delivered immediately. Where required by law you may have cancellation rights; by purchasing and accessing the paid features you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately. If something went wrong — you were charged but did not receive access, or the Service was materially broken — contact us at spnittes@gmail.com and we will review your case and issue a refund where appropriate. We aim to be fair.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: resell or redistribute access or unlock codes; attempt to bypass the paywall, rate limits, or device limit; scrape, overload, reverse- engineer, or disrupt the Service; or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including the models, code, and design, is owned by us or our licensors. News headlines and links belong to their respective publishers and are shown for reference; we claim no ownership of third-party content.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. Free hosting may cause downtime or data loss.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any gambling, financial, or other losses arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes
We may update the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes take effect when posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
